Terms & Conditions

• The contract of hire is between the Hirer (tenant) and the property owner. The cottage is for two persons only “the Hirers”. The Contract is deemed to have been made once the Hirer has signed the booking form and paid the deposit. No smoking at all is allowed at The Dairy Cottage.
• Weekly holidays are from 3.00 pm to 10.00am, Friday to Friday. Shorter breaks are available by prior arrangement, but no less than 3 nights.  
• A non-refundable deposit cheque of £150 is required within 7 days to secure each booking and the balance becoming payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If you are booking less than 6 weeks away the full amount is required immediately. If receipt of the balance is not forthcoming within the due time scale, then this will be viewed as cancellation.  
• The Hirer is fully responsible for the property and must take reasonable care of it and leave it clean and tidy upon departure.  
• All breakages are the responsibility of the Hirer.  
• No responsibility can be taken for any loss, damage, accident or injury, to persons, personal items, animals or vehicles staying at The Dairy Cottage.  
• No animals at all are allowed inside The Dairy Cottage. Dog owners must remove their animal’s waste from field.  
• If the Hirer’s stay has to be cancelled due to unavoidable events beyond the Owners’ control, such as fire, bad weather, building works, utility services, damage in any way, a full refund will be given forthwith, but the Hirer will have no further claims against the Owners.
